The time to answer questions and address concerns is during onboarding. It may also be the most time-consuming component of the relationship because you're simply getting to know your new client. For some accounts you will need the logins and passwords. Other accounts allow for the creation of an Admin to manage the account and run ads. You will also want to store this information security.
