Some reviews mention that it is a bit more difficult to use than most other scheduling tools, but I have not run into any issues. Hootsuite is a reputable company that updates and evolves its platform regularly. It allows you to plan social media posts on popular platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. It’s updated dashboard, Sparkcentral, includes over a dozen product integrations—including WhatsApp Business, live chat, SMS, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, and more. I use this platform a lot!
SocialPilot lets you post on numerous social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google My Business, Pinterest, Tumblr, and VK. This platform has been generating a lot of interest because of its ability to post to TikTok!
Similar to Hootsuite, with Sprout Social you can publish, engage and analyze from your desktop or by using a mobile app. Sprout Social offers powerful automation, analytical and collaboration tools. Super easy to use and I love the blog section of this platform!
Later is a popular social media scheduling tool. Some believe that it's best suited for Instagram posting but it also lets you post to YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. It has features like hashtags and keywords research. You may visually plan your content calendar and keep each piece of media in the asset library.
Buffer is another social media scheduling and publishing app. Anyone I know who uses Buffer, loves it. It works well with social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram. You can also plan and set reminders for your Stories and TikTok videos and then manual post them.
I just started hearing about Metricool last year. Like the others, it is a platform where users can analyze, manage, grow and measure online presence from blogs and social media. They also have a cool Instagram feature when someone clicks on your Instagram bio link, they are shown all your posts. When you click on the post, it will take you to the corresponding pages on your site or blog. I am definitely keeping an eye on this platform.
There is no one social media scheduler that will work for everyone. However, with a little trial and error you can find the best fit for your business. Give yourself time to explore the free trial options available on each site before making any final decisions.
