Myth #1: AI is a Cost-Cutting Tool to Shrink Teams

You might expect that companies "doubling down" on AI would be the ones handing out pink slips. The data shows the exact opposite. According to Exploding Topics, 82.36% of marketing teams “doubling down” on AI are also increasing their hiring.

In fact, 65.33% of those aggressive AI adopters have "significantly increased" their team size in the last year. Why? Because as AI increases the volume of content and data, companies need more human oversight, strategic direction, and high-level creativity to differentiate themselves.

Myth #2: AI Makes Your Marketing "Stack" Smaller
